First Run For The Gathering Inn A Success - November 2, 2009

On October 24, a crisp fall morning, walkers and runners wound their way through the streets of Roseville to get some exercise and help The Gathering Inn. The 1st Annual Run for The Gathering Inn was sponsored by Valley Springs Presbyterian Church. 340 total participants completed the 3-mile walk course or the 5-mile run course, which started and finished at Bloom Coffee and Tea.

"For a first year event, we were really pleased with the turnout we had," said Annette Seeber of Valley Springs.

A total of $3,500 from the event was raised for The Gathering Inn.
